Henrik Jacobsen

Henrik Jacobsen is an MPhil student at the Department of Politics and International Relations and Brasenose College, Oxford. He received his BA (with distinction) in 2014 from Jacobs University, Bremen, Germany. He is currently working on the topic of innovation in government during times of crisis.
